✦ GENERAL
All commission requests are made through my VGen page.
Feel free to send me reference images and a short description — this helps me understand your vision! Clear, well-lit references are always appreciated so I can capture the details just right.
✦ REVISIONS
You'll receive a sketch preview, and during that stage you're welcome to request any changes! Your feedback is super important to guide the final result.
✦ TURNAROUND & DELIVERY
Commissions usually take about 4–6 weeks to complete and deliver in high resolution. If your piece is more complex, it might take up to 3 months, but I’ll keep you informed along the way!
✦ USAGE
All commissions are for personal use only — no commercial use or monetization allowed unless you’ve selected the commercial rights add-on in the form.
If you'd prefer your commission not to be posted publicly, please let me know in advance! Otherwise, I’ll consider it portfolio-friendly. For private artwork, a $100 discretion fee will be added.
✦ REFUNDS
Payment is divided into two parts: 50% upfront before starting the artwork (non-refundable) and 50% after sketch approval.
• If the client decides to cancel the commission after the sketch has been delivered, the initial payment (50%) will not be refunded, as it covers the time, effort, and work invested in the draft.
• Once the sketch is approved and the remaining payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
